Our Community
Furlong Learning Staff and students are members of the Canterbury Park Racing community. We are a very vibrant, diverse group that believes in the motto "Show Up".
Our program participants take pride in promoting respect, fostering good character and being good role models.
We strive to create an environment that supports the families of the horse racing community by offering individually tailored curriculum, experiential learning modalities and an understanding of each student's unique perspectives and life experiences.
Our Special Events
We are very excited to bring the Canterbury backstretch members new opportunities, events and experiences this season.
2025 will offer off-site excursions, wellness sessions with Three Rivers Park District and a variety of new offerings from art classes and gardening to TOOL SCHOOL workshops and kayaking.
